The What:
Marvel's New Media Team oversees Marvel's content ideation and distribution schemes, bringing Marvel's unique storytelling to life in the new digital ecosystem. The company wanted to expand its content slate and asked me to come up with a new web-series that aligned with key company objectives
The How:

Content Analysis: Analyzed content performances on all of Marvel's digital content with the Analytics Team. We learned that our core audience skewed heavily male

Content Strategy: To increase female viewership, I implemented a beauty-tutorial concept to our new web-series, based off of the growing beauty and makeup community on YouTube

Content Development: Each episode (as seen in 'Proposed Episode Topic' below) of the web series focuses on a specific topic that aligns with Disney's initiative on female empowerment, science & technology, and cultural diversity, while also remaining relevant to the story's narratives
